The following installation videos provide guidance on how to correctly fit Profix® and Profix® PLUS systems to achieve the best results.
Six videos provide a step-by-step process for installing the Profix® Ultra-Low-Profile Screed System on either a concrete sub-floor or a suspended timber sub-floor, with or without the inclusion of a thin layer of Profix® XPS Insulation used to reduce downward heat loss into poorly insulated existing sub-floors without disturbing them and without adding too much height to the floor or, in the case of acoustic floors, a thin compressed rubber acoustic isolation mat. For occasions when a very low-profile predominantly dry-fit solution is preferred to a wet screed system, there are two further videos covering installation of the Profix® Grooved Dry Screedboard System in which Profix® End-Return Panels are combined with 18mm T &G Grooved Dry Screed Replacement Boards.
Two videos cover the ‘Pipe in Flowing Screed System’ and the ‘Pipe in Void & Pipe in Heat Diffuser Plates System’. These videos provide an overview of each system and help the installer follow the correct installation procedure on concrete floors, suspended timber floors, or onto rigid insulation.
